First stop was Vieux Quebec . It is the only remaining walled city north of Mexico . There are many places to shop there. Also, you can tour old buildings by foot. It is free.
My second stop was the Morin Centre. 200 years ago, the Morin Centre was built as Quebec City ’s first prison. There are tours through jail cells and a Victorian library. The fee to get a tour of both is $6.
After my tour of the Morin Centre, I went to dinner at Le Continental. It was a French cuisine and I spent $15 on lobster.
My last stop of the day was Quarter du Petit Champlain. It was a sight seeing walk. They had shopping, dining, cobblestone streets, wall murals, and art galleries. The sight seeing was free.
